Moving From Either/Or to Both/And...

Life doesn’t always go as planned. Stress, uncertainty, and emotional challenges can leave us feeling off balance, unsure of what to do next. My goal as a therapist is to help you find clarity, regain your footing, and move toward a life that feels more grounded and fulfilling. I believe in meeting you where you are. That means creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your experiences, accept your current reality, and begin making meaningful changes. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply seeking support, therapy can offer tools and insights to help you move forward. I operate from the belief that people are doing the best they can with the resources they have. With the right support, new perspectives and strategies can emerge—leading to healthier ways of thinking, coping, and connecting. My approach is rooted in evidence-based practices. I’ve completed a six-month comprehensive training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). These modalities help me support clients in transforming unhelpful thought patterns and developing more adaptive coping strategies.
